Tips To Relax At Home After A Full Day!
Ever had those days when you just have a lot do do and places to go and feel like you will never stop? Well, busy days may be satisfying on one hand, but totally exhausting on the other.
So in days like those, my routine usually consists of me living my bad morning, or my bad day, as I can, constantly thinking that it is going to be over sooner than it seems and trying to search for the positive side in everything, but I must admit - coming home after a long bad day, it's just on another level. After I have lived my bad time - can be either a couple of hours in the morning, or all day long - I make sure to let my mind chill from the very first moment that I open the door of my house.
I try to focus on the "i am home now, it's done, it's a new moment", and then trying to do something that makes me free my mind, so I did a quick list of things that I like to do to chill from a bad and long day, that I think everybody can relate to! Here's a few advice:
No diet, no excuses, nothing: to eat something I love is one of the main steps that makes me feel better, we all know that food solves everything. Take a little bit of chocolate, a little bit of cake, anything because bad days don't care, any exception is allowed in these cases, no worries.
Also, scientifically talking, exercising realises endorphins, which is a sort of painkiller, so it helps your body to de-stress and relax.
These were just my very favourite things to do when I am finally home from a bad or a full day! I don't usually do all of them, mostly just 3 or 4, until my mind is chilled and I no longer remember why I was feeling that pissed or so upset! But I thought I could list all of my advice to enjoy the rest of your day!

1. Take make up off
Very first step, sometimes I do this even before I change my clothes to more comfortable ones. It gives me such a "new face new me" feeling, which I love, as if I don't have to be someone all time long, and now I can finally be me. Let your skin breathe girls, so to make your face chill too ;)
2. Eat something you love
No diet, no excuses, nothing: to eat something I love is one of the main steps that makes me feel better, we all know that food solves everything. Take a little bit of chocolate, a little bit of cake, anything because bad days don't care, any exception is allowed in these cases, no worries.3. Watch something you like
I mostly watch youtube videos when I feel demotivated or when my mind is simply full - they help me to relax and think about totally different topics, from make up to random videos. Or also I like to watch tv shows - that's a must! - let's admit it, who didn't spend at least 3 hours watching a tv show after a full day?4. Exercise
This one is really good. As you can read by this previous posts, I started working out and it feels really good. I highly suggest doing that if you are a lazy kind of person as I am, because it makes you feel productive and you obviously do something good for your body, both in appareance (which we appreciate) and health. Everything while you free your mind! Also, scientifically talking, exercising realises endorphins, which is a sort of painkiller, so it helps your body to de-stress and relax.
5. Play (personal choice)
This one is pretty childish, but in some cases it's so good you don't need anything else. I love playing video games when I am feeling incredibly tired or in times when don't want to think about anything at all, and it really helps my brain to focus on totally different things. My go-to game is usually The Sims - I know, classic - I find it so relaxing!6. Spend time with animals
We all love that, who doesn't love being with animals? One thing I always try - and love - to do is to always play with my dog, because I know she's going to get me completely involved in her life, and it is such a nice feeling! Though, this is totally on a personal level, but I think that animals are always the solution: whether it's dogs, cats, rabbits, hamsters, fish, whatever! Even just a simple walk at the park could free your mind, both because of fresh air, and other people's dogs! (see what I did here? ;) )These were just my very favourite things to do when I am finally home from a bad or a full day!
