The Lazy Girl Guide To Work Out At Home!

There are two types of people: those who are obsessed with the gym, who find motivational and inspiring to exercise, and those who desperately wishe to have a perfect summer body, but are way too lazy to focus on the process, rather then the result.


I have to admit I belong to the second category, but this year I decided to really spend some time on physical exercise, both for my appareance, and for my health, so I made a quick research, and found a few exercises that can be made at home in just a few minutes! I summed up a few exercises - highlighting what are the main ones - that would help us achieve our goals on the parts of our body that are usually the most wished!

Inner thigh

1. Donkey kicks

2. Wide squats

3. Side/One Leg Raises




Gluetes

1. Bridges

2. Squats

3. Glute Raises

Abs

1. Plank stradder

2. Knee to elbow

3. Crunches

4. Leg raises


Quick disclaimer: I am definitely not a professionist, but I thought to share my advice with you, so these are the very basic exercises that everyone can do, even in just 5 minutes or so! I started doing some of them, I take about 10 minutes of my time everyday to take care of my body, and I have to admit it really feels good to do something healthy, without the necessity to go to the gym!
