My 3 Skin Care Essentials For The Beach!

Can you believe that my summer actually started a couple of weeks ago? Yay summer exams.

Even though I haven't been to the beach for the whole month of June - and partially July - the times I have been able to reach the sand and the sea I realised that it has had a big impact on different parts of my skin. I noticed that the usual remedies of "drink a lot of water" and "always use a moisturiser" aren't enough, so I started to use a few new products that I now consider essentials for my summer/beach time!

Nails & Cuticles Pen Care

Sand and beach in general hurt both my hands and nails very much, so I have found out that a simple nail care routine would be able to save my nails! I am loving the Intensive Nail Care Oil Pen from Kiko, it guarantees an easy and quick pamper routine for my hands, showing immediate results - my nails appreciate!

Hair Conditioning Spray

Sun of course has a direct impact on hair, so to avoid dryness I used to wash my hair with a conditioner - which I don't generally use - and do a hair mask regularly. But lately I randomly found out about a simple Hair Sun Protection + Conditioning Spray which can be used on both wet and dry hair - lazy girls lover. I'm loving to bring this to the beach and use it once a day, for everyday that my hair touches water or are exposed to bright sun - so that this can directly prevent hair damaging

Med Repair Lip Balm

Sometimes a simple lip balm just isn't enough. I always think that a more moisturising lip balm is always the best, especially if it has SPF! Though, if SPF lip balms are amazing, they still shouldn't replace actual high SPF on the lip area - in fact I mostly like to use this one to add more support to other protectionThe one that I am using right now is the Med Repair Lip Balm from Labello (Nivea).

Do you have any more beach essential product that you think I should try? I'd love to know more!

Thanks for your attention,
